Dr. Wandee Tosuwan is a beacon of leadership, playing a significant role in empowering women and breaking barriers. Her impact is widespread, from her role in the ASEAN Vocational Education Board to her involvement in the ASEAN Para Sports Federation. Dr. Tosuwan has been at the forefront of overseeing Para Games organizations that empower young individuals with disabilities, enabling them to participate more effectively in the modern world and society. In addition to her military and defense research, she serves as a lecturer, policy and planning officer, and advisor on intelligence military research projects related to defense technology in the Ministry of Defence. Her remarkable achievements include driving the 11th and 12th ASEAN Para Games to unprecedented success. Furthermore, her work in developing the APSF Strategic Plan facilitates collaboration with 11 ASEAN countries, focusing on educational activities, classification of sports, and technical development, all aimed at promoting and motivating athletes with disabilities to pursue education and build rewarding careers.
