We are proud to recognize Associate Professor Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University, as the recipient of the Alumni of the Year Award.
Associate Professor Charnchai Panthongviriyakul has been instrumental in leading the Medical Hub mega-project at Khon Kaen University, significantly enhancing the institution’s medical capabilities and infrastructure. Additionally, he has revolutionized educational management by shifting from a traditional “teaching paradigm” to a more progressive “learning paradigm,” fostering a student-centered environment that emphasizes active learning and academic excellence. His visionary leadership continues to make a lasting impact on both the university and the broader academic community.
